So when I got my Big Shot machine I either lost the screw for the handle or we somehow tossed it out in the excitement to get it open. Either way I contacted Sizzix to ask how I could get a replacement and they asked for my address and said they would send one out. This was on Friday and today the parts arrived in the mail. Replacement for free and fast service, I couldn't ask for more, thank you for such great service.
